This training session aimed primarily at people who work in the voluntary and community sector is jointly organised by Community First and Hart Voluntary Action.
Effective supervision and appraisal can be a powerful tool and if undertaken correctly and effectively, appraisal and supervision is an opportunity to motivate staff and improve performance.

How to plan and have an effective performance conversation which involves both parties.

Coaching models and how to use them.
This is course is free to attend, but there will be a £25 non-attendance charge if people do not attend or cancel with less than a week’s notice. Participants are required to attend both days.
